Dentons investigates “inappropriate” actions by Maclay partner

Dentons has begun investigating allegations of inappropriate behavior by a partner at legacy Maclay Murray & Spens. The investigation was launched after a number of female employees filed complaints about inappropriate behavior. According to a Dentons spokesperson, the matter came to the firm’s attention last week, and involve actions from approximately 15 months ago, prior to the merger between Maclay Murray & Spens and Dentons. The firm has said that it values a workplace that ensures safety and respect for all employees.
